1. License Grant and Subscription Terms

YanusSTUDIO hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use one copy of the Software solely for your personal use, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Software is available for purchase only through an annual subscription service. Your subscription is valid for one year from the date of purchase and does not automatically renew. If you wish to continue using the service after the subscription period expires, you must renew your subscription.

2. Refund Policy

Before activating the Software license, you have the right to request a full refund for any reason. To request a refund, you must contact YanusSTUDIO's customer service team within [specified period, e.g., 30 days] of purchase. If the refund request is approved, the full purchase price will be refunded to you. No refunds will be provided after the license has been activated.

3. Restrictions on Use

1. You agree not to:

   • Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software.

2. The Software is licensed for use on a single device owned or controlled by you.

4. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. YanusSTUDIO retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

5. Updates and Upgrades

YanusSTUDIO may provide updates or upgrades to the Software. Any updates or upgrades provided are subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

6. Support

YanusSTUDIO may provide technical support services for the Software at its sole discretion.

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from YanusSTUDIO if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" and YanusSTUDIO makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Software's performance or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall YanusSTUDIO or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, lost profits, data loss, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Applicable Jurisdiction].

11. Trademark Rights

All trademarks, logos, and service marks used in connection with the Software and related materials are the property of YanusSTUDIO or its affiliates. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to use these trademarks, logos, or service marks. You may not use them without the prior written consent of YanusSTUDIO.

12. Miscellaneous

1. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

2. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and YanusSTUDIO regarding the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, proposals, and representations with respect to the Software or any other subject matter covered by this Agreement.

By installing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
